Delete my Viviendo La Manga account

How it's made

You can delete your account at any time without asking anyone's permission. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. On the website: sign in, go to Mi cuenta → Perfil and use the “Borrar mi cuenta” section at the bottom.
2. In the mobile app: open the Cuenta tab, go to Perfil and scroll down to “Borrar mi cuenta”.

Both options ask for your password. This helps us check that it's you deleting the account, rather than someone who has picked up your phone.

What is deleted

• Your email, name and password.
• Your favourites.
• Your reviews, together with the name you posted them under.
• Active sessions on all devices.
• Push notifications for phones linked to your account.
• Your newsletter subscription, if you signed up with the same email address.

What is kept, and why

Your business listing, if you had one. It contains public information about a business, including its name, address, phone number and opening hours, rather than your personal data: the business still exists when you leave. Your link to it is removed and someone else can claim it. If you also want the listing removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

The internal administration log, with no way to link it back to anyone. This records what was done in the dashboard and when; it is retained separately from your identity.

Can't sign in to your account?

If you've forgotten your password, request a link at reset your password (also in the app under “Entrar” → “¿Has olvidado tu contraseña?”). You can then delete the account yourself.

If you'd rather we delete it for you, just ask: write to [email protected] from your account email address and we'll handle it. We respond within 30 days, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
