The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 3 mattresses of 90 cm in total. The living room is spacious and has air conditioning that cools the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and includes an osmosis water system. All the rooms are exterior, bright and fresh, fitted with mosquito nets on the windows, a fan and new mattresses.

The apartment belongs to a community, but has a separate entrance to the building. Just two minutes on foot you will reach the port, Levante beach and the lighthouse, one of the most iconic landmarks of the Murcia coastline. On the same street there are coves where you can enjoy the tranquillity, relax with beautiful views or have fun snorkelling: Cabo de Palos is well known among divers and snorkel lovers thanks to the clear waters of the Marine Reserve of Cabo de Palos – Islas Hormigas. You can also enjoy a lovely walk along the entire coast up to the lighthouse.

Staying in Cabo de Palos also means being close to La Manga del Mar Menor and within easy reach of Cartagena, so it is a great choice both for a beach holiday and for exploring the region of Murcia.
